IT Support on line by "Remote Assistance Service".
This is on a Pay as you Go basis, Monday to Fridays 10:00am - 05:00pm.
Enabling our engineers access to your computer, we are able to rectify 90% of computer related problems remotely without the need for an "On-Site or home visit", thereby saving you money & down time.

Merlin IT Systems The Internet You - the Customer
To be able to use this service you must have the following:
- Internet Access - Broadband preferred.
- Current email account.
- Microsoft Windows XP - Home or Professional edition.
- Telephone for communication required in the first instance & preferable available throughout support.
- The customer to be present at their computer throughout the remote assistance.
Note you will be required to tick to confirm you have the above available to you in the Remote Assitance Request Form. In the event we try to connect with your computer and fail to connect or connection interrupted due to these conditions not being met, a refund of fees paid will not be refundable. In order to use this service you will need to complete the Remote Request Form and click send. On receipt of your request, our service team will send a reply email to you, which will contain confirmation of receipt of your request and a PayPal instruction link to enable you to pay for 1 hour support at £35.00 per Hr.
Once we have confirmed cleared funds to our PayPal account from yourselves via PayPal, our help desk personnel will contact you by telephone to start the procedure or arrange a time and date to suit both parties. A help desk engineer will talk you through the settings required on your computer to allow this service to be carried out and with your permision, take control of your machine remotely for the sole purpose of resolving your computer problem.
Once the remote connection is established with our help desk engineer being allowed to take control of your mouse & keyboard, you will see the engineer go to work at resolving your system problem in real-time, almost like the engineer being there in person.
Please note we use PayPal as our Payment processor. You don`t need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by credit/debit card. (see information on PayPal)
In the event we are unable to resolve the problem by Remote Assistance, we will issue a money back refund by PayPal.
