We operate a fixed "No Fix - No Fee",by the hourly rate charging system and no call out charges (unless otherwise stated at booking).

- Data back-up / Recovery £40 per hour.
- PC & Laptop / Notebook Repairs. £35 per hour + cost of parts if required.
- Virus / Spyware removal. £35 per hour.
- Anti-Virus + Spyware Sales & Installation. (call for further information).
- Computer Security. Making your PC less vulnerable to unwanted access by the unauthorised. £35 per hour.
- Data Cleansing - Data Destruction £5 per 10Gb capacity.
- PC Upgrades. £35 per hour + cost of Parts.
- Wireless Networks setup £35 per hr. + cost of parts if required.
- Hardware repairs. £35 per hour + cost of parts.
- System Health Checks for best configuration & internal checking / cleaning. £35 per hour.
- On Site UK Service at your home or business premises.(call for further information & booking).

Most repairs carried out within our University hi-tech workshop, enables in many cases to be completed while you wait.
